Frontier Associates provides implementation and administration solutions for electric and gas utilities, and has gained prominence in the industry through rapid deployment of field and back-office support for utility programs.
- Program Management and Administration: Frontier specializes in consolidating and streamlining implementation of utility programs. We deliver turnkey utility program management solutions and support existing utility processes and personnel.
- Frontier performs all necessary program management tasks to deliver turnkey implementation solutions for Texas New Mexico Power Company and Sharyland Utilities.
- Frontier currently implements low-income weatherization programs for American Electric Power (TCC, TNC, SWEPCO, and PSO), Atmos Energy, CenterPoint Energy, El Paso Electric New Mexico, Entergy, Oklahoma Gas & Electric, Oncor Electric Delivery, Sharyland Utilities, Texas New Mexico Power Company, Xcel (SPS and PSCO), and nearly all the gas and electric utilities in the state of Arkansas.
- Frontier provides program administration for solar PV programs offered by 7 of the 9 Texas investor owned electric utilities, resulting in over 1,000 installations exceeding 12 MW of capacity. For more information see the case study at the right of the page.
- Incentive Processing: Frontier operates incentive processing services for Texas-New Mexico Power, and El Paso Electric in Texas and New Mexico, and has provided AC rebate processing services for City Public Service. Our EnerTrek® database systems provide online processing for over $12 Million in utility incentives annually.
Frontier has also been a leader in promoting green building since 2002, when the Company was awarded a contract to develop northern California's first green building program. Frontier was also the prime contractor for the San Francisco Bay Area's Green Building Technical Support Services program. The market transformation objectives of this program were successfully reached with Frontier assigned its contract to Build it Green, a San Francisco non-profit, in January 2006.
