Scope of Assessment: In August 2006, Frontier Associates launched the nation's first completely online Solar PV Incentives Web site, allowing users to apply for and manage rebate applications for PV systems rated up to 10 kW. Frontier continues to manage the databases and update features as program administration needs change.
